Q. Are balloons safe for the environment?

A: Our latex balloons are 100% biodegradable. Latex comes from the sap of rubber trees. The rate of biodegrading is the same as an oak leaf.

Q. Can you inflate my balloons?

A. We are only able to inflate specialty balloons that are licensed or have a custom logo. At Jujabel, we use only the best professional grade balloons on the market. This allows us to guarantee our work and float times.

Q. Do you have a retail location I can visit?

A. No, we no longer have a retail location. We currently work out of our studio location and only offer our services through delivery only.

Q. What color balloons do you have available?

A. Please refer to our color chart.

Q. Do you deliver?

A. Yes, but delivery fees apply. For early mornings and late nights, a surcharge is applied. For onsite full décor services, a $250 minimum purchase is required. Contact one of our specialists for details (919)375-5020

Q. How much notice do you need to book your services?

A. We prefer to have at least a 10 business day notice to ensure the items you need are in stock. Larger events may need more time to build frames and structures used for your decor. We can accommodate last minute requests when our schedule and inventory permits.

Q. What are your areas of service?

A. We serve the Wake County, NC & Johnston County, NC areas but will travel further based on availability
